Connie Russell is a Senior Leadership Coach and Consultant. Connie has over 30 years of business, coaching and consulting experience most recently as a Senior Coach, Consultant and Regional Practice Champion for Leadership Development with Right Management. Before being recruited to Right, she operated a successful coaching and consulting
business to which she has returned. Connie began her career in technical and leadership positions in software systems, marketing and sales with IBM, Oracle Corp. and Sprint. Her unique consultation strengths result from her experience in operational roles in global corporations combined with her entrepreneurial and behavioral health background.
Connie has coached and consulted with leaders in various industries including: manufacturing, finance, animal science, engineering, information technology, banking, real estate, healthcare, law, hospitality, transportation, foundations and other not-for-profit entities. And, as a trusted consultant, Connie has helped family owned businesses transfer ownership and maintain their valued legacy while making the best decisions for the family and the business.

Connie holds a Certified Professional Coach designation from the College of Executive Coaching post-graduate training program. She earned a Master of Social Work degree with honors from Washington University (St. Louis), a B.A. from the University of Missouri (Kansas City), and she achieved professional recognition as a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work. She also is a Family Business Coach, trained by the Family Business Partnership.
